Just wanted to let you all know that a service will be held for Dan on Saturday, June 14 at 4:00pm
This will take place at the Edenbrook Memorial Gardens and Funeral home.
17th Avenue at Lower Springbank Road SW Calgary, AB
Everyone is welcome. There will be food and drinks. Dan loved to socialize over drinks and food. Please come celebrate and remember with us.

There is a donation website set up for trust funds and financial support for Carly, Andrew and Bradley.

Dear Penny, Nicky and Bruce, Patti and I are so sad to hear of your sad loss. We did not know either Dan or you Penny that well but through our old friendship with Nicky and Bruce have been following Dan's brave fight. Our thoughts are with you all and maybe we can catch up with you, Nicky and Bruce on your return home and give you both big hugs. David and Patti Clinton-Baker, Victoria.
Penny, the celebration today was beautiful. Dan was truly an inspiration. If we could all live with just a fraction of his grace, strength and character, the world would be a better place. Although I didn't know him well, he has had an impact on my life, and I'm sure has inspired everyone that was lucky enough to have met him.
